目的探讨血清细胞质胸苷激酶1(TK1)在结直肠癌患者术后化疗疗效评估方面的意义。方法检测45例正常对照、104例结直肠癌患者术前、术后化疗过程不同阶段血清中TK1水平。结果104例结直肠癌患者术前血清中TK1含量明显高于正常对照组(P<0.001),且与临床病理分期、CEA的水平、淋巴结转移相关( P<0.05);26例肿瘤复发转移患者在化疗2-4周期中,STK1水平处于升高趋势,与化疗前相比差异具有统计学意义( P<0.05);78例未复发患者经过2-4个周期化疗后STK1水平降低,与化疗前相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 STK1检测可作为结直肠癌筛查指标,且STK1动态变化能作为结直肠癌近期化疗效果评估的又一有力补充。

Objective To investigate the serum thymidine kinase 1 (TK1) in colorectal cancer patients with postoperative chemotherapy efifcacy was assessed in terms of meaning.Methods 45 cases of normal control, 104 cases of colorectal cancer patients before operation, postoperative chemotherapy during different periods of the level of TK1 in serum. Results in 104 cases of colorectal cancer patients with preoperative serum TK1 content was signiifcantly higher than that of normal control group (P<0.001), and with the clinical pathological stage, the level of CEA, lymph node metastasis (P<0.05);In 78 cases without recurrence patients after STK1 levels decreased 2-4 cycles of chemotherapy, compared with chemotherapy before the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion the detection of STK1 for colorectal cancer screening index, a powerful supplement and the dynamic changes of STK1 can be used as colorectal cancer chemotherapeutic effect evaluation.
