目的观察针刺配合中药治疗胆石症的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2011年3月至2012年3月在我院诊治的88例胆石症患者临床资料。结果3个疗程结束后治愈42例、显效24例、有效16例、无效6例，有效率为93.2%；其中31例患者出现不同程度的排石反应，2例患者因结石偏大，排石期间腹痛加剧，应用杜冷丁后症状得到缓解。结论针刺配合中药治疗胆石症能达到疏肝理气、活血化瘀、利胆排石止痛之功效，因其疗效显著，值得临床广泛应用。

목적관찰침자배합중약치료담석증적림상료효。방법회고성분석2011년3월지2012년3월재아원진치적88례담석증환자림상자료。결과3개료정결속후치유42례、현효24례、유효16례、무효6례，유효솔위93.2%；기중31례환자출현불동정도적배석반응，2례환자인결석편대，배석기간복통가극，응용두랭정후증상득도완해。결론침자배합중약치료담석증능체도소간리기、활혈화어、리담배석지통지공효，인기료효현저，치득림상엄범응용。
