　　目的探讨小儿先天性巨结肠根治术期的临床护理体会。方法选取我科收治的小儿先天性巨结肠根治术的患儿102例进行分析讨论，随机将其分为对照组与观察组，对照组患儿实施常规护理措施，观察组患儿在实施常规的护理措施的基础上给予有效的护理干预措施，比较两组患儿并发症的发生率以及患者满意度。结果观察组患儿经过有效的护理干预措施后，并发症发生率明显低于对照组，而且患者满意度高于对照组，经比较具有显著差异（P＜0.05）。结论对于小儿先天性巨结肠根治术期实施常规护理措施的同时给予有效的护理干预措施能够明显的提高临床治疗效果，减少并发症的发生，提高患者满意度。

Objective To investigate the clinical nursing experience of radical operation of congenital megacolon children. Methods the radical operation for Hirschsprung disease in our department were analyzed in 102 children were analyzed and discussed, and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, patients in the control group received the routine care, the observation group were given nursing intervention measures effectively based on the implementation of routine nursing measures on patients,and the incidence of satisfaction, complications were compared between the two groups. Results the children of observation group after the effective nursing interventions, complication rate was signiifcantly lower than that of the control group, and the patients satisfaction was higher than the control group, by comparison with signiifcant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion for congenital megacolon children radical operation period for implementing the routine nursing measures at the same time give effective nursing interventions can signiifcantly improve the clinical treatment effect, reduce complications, improve patient satisfaction.
