目的:探索学龄前儿童眼保健管理模式,尽早发现儿童视力问题,及早干预治疗。方法:通过开展多种形式健康教育、屈光度筛查、视力筛查、保健与临床紧密结合、建立筛查异常儿童随访信息上报制度的方式,形成了"筛查-健康宣教-诊断-治疗-随访"的监测管理模式;通过对收集数据的分析,评估管理模式的有效性。结果:2009年-2013年屈光度筛查覆盖率逐年提高;3岁儿童图形视力卡检查能够及早发现弱视儿童;妇幼保健院眼科门诊的建立,使得筛查出的视力低常、屈光异常儿童得到了及时的诊断及后续的治疗。结论:学龄前儿童眼保健管理模式切实可行,是早发现、早诊断、早治疗视力低常儿童的有效途径。

목적:탐색학령전인동안보건관리모식,진조발현인동시력문제,급조간예치료。방법:통과개전다충형식건강교육、굴광도사사、시력사사、보건여림상긴밀결합、건립사사이상인동수방신식상보제도적방식,형성료"사사-건강선교-진단-치료-수방"적감측관리모식;통과대수집수거적분석,평고관리모식적유효성。결과:2009년-2013년굴광도사사복개솔축년제고;3세인동도형시력잡검사능구급조발현약시인동;부유보건원안과문진적건립,사득사사출적시력저상、굴광이상인동득도료급시적진단급후속적치료。결론:학령전인동안보건관리모식절실가행,시조발현、조진단、조치료시력저상인동적유효도경。
Objective:To study management model of preschool children's eye care so as to find children's vision problems ear-ly and intervene early. Methods:Through various forms of health education, diopter screening, vision screening, close integration of health care and clinic, a reporting system of the follow-up information of the abnormal children was established and a monitoring man-agement model was formed including screening-health education-diagnosis-treatment-follow-up. The efficiency of this management model was evaluated through analysis of the collected data. Results:From 2009 to 2013, the coverage rate of diopter screening had in-creased annually;Graphics card check in 3-year-old children provided an early detection of amblyopia. The eye clinic was established in the maternal and child health hospital, so that the children of low vision and ametropia received timely diagnosis and subsequent treatment. Conclusions:The eye care management model is feasible for the preschool children. It is also an effective way to the early detection, early diagnosis, and early treatment of the children with low vision.
