为研究河池报春苣苔的组培快繁技术,以河池报春苣苔的果实为外植体,通过比较不同的植物生长调节剂种类、浓度配比、生根培养基类型以及生根苗的移栽基质,建立河池报春苣苔织培养快速繁殖体系。结果表明,外植体表面消毒以75%酒精预处理1 min ,再用0.1% HgCl2浸泡15 min。培养基1/2MS+ NAA 0.1 mg·L-1+6-BA 0.15 mg·L-1利于种子萌发,形成不定芽,形成丛生芽,增殖与继代培养基 MS+6-BA 0.5 mg·L-1+IBA 0.1 mg·L-1或MS用于继代增殖,30 d的增殖倍数为3~4倍;1/2MS+ IBA 0.1 mg·L-1适宜诱导生根获得再生植株,生根率100%;生根苗适宜移栽于混合基质(碎木屑∶园土∶沙=7∶2∶1)中,一个月后成活率为90%。

위연구하지보춘거태적조배쾌번기술,이하지보춘거태적과실위외식체,통과비교불동적식물생장조절제충류、농도배비、생근배양기류형이급생근묘적이재기질,건립하지보춘거태직배양쾌속번식체계。결과표명,외식체표면소독이75%주정예처리1 min ,재용0.1% HgCl2침포15 min。배양기1/2MS+ NAA 0.1 mg·L-1+6-BA 0.15 mg·L-1리우충자맹발,형성불정아,형성총생아,증식여계대배양기 MS+6-BA 0.5 mg·L-1+IBA 0.1 mg·L-1혹MS용우계대증식,30 d적증식배수위3~4배;1/2MS+ IBA 0.1 mg·L-1괄의유도생근획득재생식주,생근솔100%;생근묘괄의이재우혼합기질(쇄목설∶완토∶사=7∶2∶1)중,일개월후성활솔위90%。
The techniques of tissue culture and rapid propagation of Primulina hochiensis were studied by ex-plants ,comparing with different types and concentrations of plant growth regulators ,types of rooting medium and transplanting medium .The results showed that the better suitable procedure for sterilization was to soak explants in 0 .1% HgCl2 solution for 15 min after pretreatment with 75% alcohol for 1 min ,the seeds were the best explants . 1/2MS+NAA0 .1 mg·L-1 +6-BA0 .15 mg·L-1 could effectively induce fasciculate buds ,MS+6-BA0 .5 mg·L-1 +IBA0 .1 mg·L-1 or MS was suitable for subculture and proliferation multiples was 3~4 times every 30 d;the rooting medium was 1/2MS+IBA 0 .1 mg·L-1 ,and the rooting rate was 100% .The rooting seedlings were effectively transplanted in mixed matrix soil(sawdust∶garden soil∶sand=7∶2∶1) ,the highest survival rate was 90% after a month .
