通过 V 型滤池的调试,针对调试中经常出现水位的大幅度波动甚至漫池和干池交替的现象,调整出水调节阀的动作频率和幅度也不能满足控制要求的情况,采取了减小出水调节阀动作范围、在满足工艺要求的情况下扩大水位波动范围的方法进行程序设计,达到了工艺运行的要求。
通過 V 型濾池的調試,針對調試中經常齣現水位的大幅度波動甚至漫池和榦池交替的現象,調整齣水調節閥的動作頻率和幅度也不能滿足控製要求的情況,採取瞭減小齣水調節閥動作範圍、在滿足工藝要求的情況下擴大水位波動範圍的方法進行程序設計,達到瞭工藝運行的要求。
통과 V 형려지적조시,침대조시중경상출현수위적대폭도파동심지만지화간지교체적현상,조정출수조절벌적동작빈솔화폭도야불능만족공제요구적정황,채취료감소출수조절벌동작범위、재만족공예요구적정황하확대수위파동범위적방법진행정서설계,체도료공예운행적요구。
During test running of the V-type filter pool, heavy fluctuation of water level often occurs and even overflowing and dry pool alternatively happen, furthermore, the move-ment frequency and amplitude of adjusting the outlet valve cannot satisfy control requirement. Therefore, the method of reducing the action range of adjusting outlet valve and expanding water level fluctuation range as long as meeting process requirement was adopted in program design, which satisfied process requirement.
