本文以了解大学生为主体消费者趋向食品服务为基础，深入分析了上海浦东新区临港大学城共享区餐饮的现状。以上海海洋大学为研究对象，通过实地调研，比较分析，找出其共享区商铺在经营、食品安全、经营策略、对大学生群体的服务对待上的不足之处提出对现阶段共享区食品行业未来发展的建设性意见和合理规划建议。希望为在共享区就餐购物的师生提供一个更加良好的环境。

in this paper, in order to understand the basis of the college students as the main consumers tend to food service, in-depth analysis of the pudong new area in Shanghai lingang town Shared area the status quo of catering. In Shanghai ocean university as the research object, through on-the-spot investigation, comparative analysis, find out the Shared area shops in the business, food safety, management strategy, the service of the college students' group treat the deficiency of this paper puts forward to sharing area constructive Suggestions for the future development of food industry at present stage and reasonable planning advice.
