Objective To study the endoscopic method using bipolar electric coagulation treatment of nasal hemorrhage and its effect. Methods the patients with bipolar coagulation hemostasis in 50 cases of epistaxis under nasal endoscope. Conclusion endoscopic using bipolar coagulation hemostasis can be accurately, and can reduce the pain of patients.
