目的:研究橄榄多酚的超声提取工艺。方法以多酚含量为指标,采用单因素试验和正交试验,确定最佳提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为乙醇浓度30%,料液比1∶30,提取时间40min,提取次数3次。结论该提取工艺提取率高,稳定可行。

OBJECTIVE To study on the ultrasonic extraction process of polyphenols from Canarium album Lour.METHODS The content of polyphones was used as the index and the optimal extraction process was deter -mined by the one-factor test and orthogonal test.RESULTS The optimum conditions for polyphones were as fol-lows:30% ethanol concentration , material to solvent ratio 1∶30 , 40 min extraction time , extraction times of 3 times.CONCLUSION The extraction technology showes high extraction rate and good stability.
