目的:研究妇康乐胶囊中挥发油的提取及β-环糊精包合的最佳工艺。方法采用正交试验法,以挥发油提取率为指标,提取时间、浸泡时间、加水量为因素优选妇康乐胶囊挥发油提取工艺;以挥发油包合率为指标,β-环糊精与挥发油的比例、包合温度、包合时间为因素优选β-环糊精包合工艺。结果挥发油的最佳提取工艺为取药材适量,加10倍量水,浸泡时间2h,水蒸气蒸馏4h;最佳包合工艺为β-环糊精与挥发油投料比8∶1(g∶mL),在包合温度为60℃的条件下搅拌包合1.5h。结论优选的提取及包合工艺稳定可行。

목적:연구부강악효낭중휘발유적제취급β-배호정포합적최가공예。방법채용정교시험법,이휘발유제취솔위지표,제취시간、침포시간、가수량위인소우선부강악효낭휘발유제취공예;이휘발유포합솔위지표,β-배호정여휘발유적비례、포합온도、포합시간위인소우선β-배호정포합공예。결과휘발유적최가제취공예위취약재괄량,가10배량수,침포시간2h,수증기증류4h;최가포합공예위β-배호정여휘발유투료비8∶1(g∶mL),재포합온도위60℃적조건하교반포합1.5h。결론우선적제취급포합공예은정가행。
OBJECTIVE To study the extraction of volatile oil in Fukangle Capsule and opeimum process for the preparation of β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound.METHODS The extraction technology of volatile oils from Fukangle capsules was optimized by orthogonal test with the yield of volatile oils as index and with extraction time , soaking time and amount of water as factors.Preparation process of β-CD was optimized with volatile oils inclusion rate as index and with the ratio of β-CD to volatile oils, preparation temperature and mixing time as fac-tors.RESULTS The optimal preparation process for extraction was established as follows:assign 10 times water into mixture of crude drugs ,soaking 2 h with water and distillating for 4 h with vapour.The suitable inclusion condition was established as follows:the proportion of β-CD and volatile oil was 8∶1(g∶mL),the inclusion temperature was at 60℃and mixing time was 1.5 h.CONCLUSION This method established for the extraction of volatile oil and β-cyclo-dextrin inclusion process is steady and feasible.
