目的:评价荣昌县碘缺乏病防治效果,为制定防治方案提供依据。方法:随机抽取9个乡镇360户居民食用盐,采用直接滴定法定量检测含碘量;抽取5所小学8~10岁儿童,采用触诊法检查甲状腺;采集100份尿液,采用砷铈催化分光光度测定法进行尿碘检测;调查150名五年级学生问卷调查碘缺乏病防治知识情况。结果:荣昌县消除碘缺乏病达标工作的组织管理、碘盐销售管理、监测与防治工作和健康教育工作等四方面的综合得分为97.85分。调查360户居民食用盐,盐碘中位数为32.00 mg/kg,居民合格碘盐食用率94.44%。甲状腺检查400人,肿大率为1.00%。尿碘检测100人,中位数为288.20μg/L,小于50?g/L比例为4.00%;大于300?g/L比例为47.00%。150名五年级学生碘缺乏病防治知识得分为4.75分。结论:荣昌县达到了消除碘缺乏病的阶段目标标准。

Objective To evaluate the effect of iodine deficiency disorders (IDD) in Rongchang county. Methods The data of Leadership, monitoring, iodine-salt management and health education was check. 360 iodized salts at household level were examined by direct drop methods from 9 towns in Rongchang County. The goiters of the children aged 8-10 year were examined by palpation method. 100 urine samples were examined by Ce arsenic acid digestion. The knowledge of IDD of 150 children in 5th grade was examined. Results The total score of control measures was 97.85. 360 resident salts were examined. The qualified iodized salt coverage rate was 94.44%. 100 urine samples were investigated. The median of urinary iodine was 288.20μg/L. The proportion of low 50 μg/L and over 300 μg/L was 4.00%, 47.00%, respectively. 400 goiters were examined and the goiter rate was 1.00%. The score of student's knowledge of IDD was 4.75. Conclusion Rongchang County has realized the stage target of elimination IDD at the county level.
