目的：探讨复方樟柳碱联合高压氧治疗视神经损伤的治疗方法、临床疗效及推广应用价值。方法：36例视神经损伤患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组19例(19眼)，采用复方樟柳碱联合高压氧治疗。对照组17例(17眼)，使用血管扩张剂，营养视神经的药物，B族维生素药物等治疗。全部患者早期同时均给予皮质类固醇和甘露醇。结果：治疗组19例，显效7例，有效10例，无效2例。对照组17例，显效3例，有效7例，无效7例。治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为89.5%、58.8%。治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组，统计学处理其差异有显著性意义。结论：复方樟柳碱联合高压氧治疗视神经损伤疗效显著，治疗方便，具有推广应用价值。
목적：탐토복방장류감연합고압양치료시신경손상적치료방법、림상료효급추엄응용개치。방법：36례시신경손상환자，수궤분위치료조화대조조。치료조19례(19안)，채용복방장류감연합고압양치료。대조조17례(17안)，사용혈관확장제，영양시신경적약물，B족유생소약물등치료。전부환자조기동시균급여피질류고순화감로순。결과：치료조19례，현효7례，유효10례，무효2례。대조조17례，현효3례，유효7례，무효7례。치료조、대조조총유효솔분별위89.5%、58.8%。치료조적료효명현우우대조조，통계학처리기차이유현저성의의。결론：복방장류감연합고압양치료시신경손상료효현저，치료방편，구유추엄응용개치。
Objective To investigate the treatment methods, clinical efficacy and clinical application value of optic nerve damage of treated with the compound anisodine and hyperbaric oxygen. Methods 36cases of optic nerve injury were randomly divided into treatment and control groups. The treatment group, 19 cases (19 eyes) were treated with compound anisodine and hyperbaric oxygen. The control group, 17 cases (17 eyes)were treated vasodilators, optic nerve nutrition drugs, vitamins B et al. All patients were given early corticosteroids and man-nitol. Results 7 cases were markedly effective, 10 effective and 2 ineffective in the treatment group. The control group, markedly effective, effective and ineffective respectively was 3 cases, 7 cases and 7 cases. The total effec-tive rate of treatment group and control group respectively was 89.5%, 58.8%. The therapeutic effect of the treat-ment group was superior to the control group. There was statistical significant difference. Conclusion The com-pound anisodine and hyperbaric oxygen had remarkable effect in the treatment of the optic nerve injury. It is con-venient and safe and has clinical application value.
