The problems, which were easy to appear in the design of electrode of injection mould for flat plane display and the procedure of electromachining, were analyzed. Three electrodes, referring to angle-clearing electrode of back cover of flat plane display, cylindri?cal mesh electrode with insert and slant wall graphite electrode, were improved to make them more reasonably and increase the efficiency of electromachining.
