With the rapid development of chemical and life sciences and technology,the polysaccharide has become one of the hot spots in the field of chemical and biological scientific research. Based on the status of polysaccharide research,the research focus of the physiological activity and structure–activity relationships of polysaccharide has been briefly summarized,and the progress of their research has been reviewed. It is expected to provide a reference for the further study of the functions of polysaccharide and the elucidation of its structure–activity relationship.
