The technical difficulties in repair of the blast furnace TRT (top gas recovery turbine) unit and solutions are introduced in the paper. A technical method of quickly re-placing servo actuator and bearing cylinder and adjustment after installation was generalized from practice, which has shortened repairing period and reduced labour intensity achieving good economic result.
