目的：为本地区全面开展优质护理服务搭建平台，把本院优质护理服务经验成果及时与基层卫生院分享，让更多的医院借鉴成功经验，把优质护理服务延伸到社区，实现真正的护理服务达到“患者满意，社会满意，政府满意“的目标。方法以高要市人民医院作为中心，充分发挥其区域医疗龙头的核心作用，通过建立有效的信息沟通平台，建立双向转诊机制，建立中心医院对区域卫生院实行有计划、有步骤的护理业务指导、评价和护士培训机制，把中心医院的优势资源运用于卫生院护理队伍建设，以达到有效地提高区域内护理服务的整体素质。结果通过两年来的护理临床实践，中心医院护理人员的服务能力明显提高，医院优质护理服务内涵得到进一步提升，乡镇卫生院护理队伍素质有了质的变化，区域范围群众对护理服务满意度大增。结论建立科学、可行的区域网络，把优质护理服务成果及时在区域内分享，可有效推动区域范围内优质护理服务的全面开展。
