目的　分析近视眼患者准分子激光原位角膜切削术(LASIK)后视网膜脱离(RD)的发生率和特征。方法　回顾性研究经LASIK手术治疗的1491眼(810例)近视患者,并将其术后伴随的RD发生率与该人群中RD发生率作比较。结果　术后RD发生率为0.07%,该人群中RD发生率为0.05%,(χ2=0.03,P>0.05)。结论　　LASIK术后伴随的RD目前不能说明与LASIK手术直接相关,需进一步观察
