近年来,利用复杂网络理论对电网结构安全性进行评估成为国内外研究的热点。针对目前输电网复杂网络模型过于简单的问题,紧密结合输电网自身电气特征建立了复杂输电网改进模型。从衡量电网整体输电性能角度,提出了电网输电效率和电网输电能力两个指标,结合输电路径充裕度指标对表征电网结构的上述全局性指标进行了分析和比较。从衡量电网节点连通性角度,提出了节点拓扑熵指标以评估电网中母线节点重要度的均衡程度。利用熵权法结合上述指标从多个角度综合评价电网结构的整体安全性。通过典型输电网结构和 IEEE 典型电网模型的仿真分析验证了所提评估指标和基于熵权法的综合评估方法的有效性。

Recently, structure analysis of power grid security using complex network theory has become a hot research at home and abroad. According to the specific characteristics of transmission network, an improved complex network model is constructed because the current complex network model is over simple. Four evaluation indexes, which are transmission network efficiency, transmission network capability, transmission network path redundancy and node topology entropy of the power network, are proposed from different angles. The first three indexes are used to evaluate the overall transmission performance, and the last one is to estimate the bus node importance balance. Based on the above indices, entropy weight method is applied to comprehensive evaluation of the overall security of the complex structure of transmission grids. Simulation results of typical transmission network structure and IEEE typical network model verify the effectiveness of the proposed indexes and method.
