以荷叶为原料,采用乙醇水浴浸提对其中总黄酮的提取工艺进行了研究。通过单因素试验和正交试验,确定出各因素对总黄酮得率的影响顺序为:B(料液比)>D(乙醇浓度)>A(提取温度)>C(提取时间),从而得到乙醇提取荷叶总黄酮的最佳工艺条件为:提取时间90 min、乙醇浓度80%、料液比1:40(g:mL)、提取温度40℃。正交试验表明,重现性和稳定性试验与正交试验所得的结果一致。该研究为荷叶总黄酮的开发利用提供了新的方法与依据,具有很重要的现实意义。

Taking lotus leaf as raw material,using ethanol water bath extraction on the extraction process of total flavonoids was studied. Through single factor test and orthogonal test,the various factors on the yield of total flavonoids of orderB(the ratio of material to liquid)>D(ethanol concentration)>A(extraction temperature)>C(extraction time).In order to get the best technological conditions of extracting the total flavonoids from lotus leaf ethanol asextraction time was 90 min,ethanol concentration was 80%,ratio of solid-liquid was 1:40(g:mL),extraction temperature was 40℃.Orthogonal test results showed that the reproducibility and stability test were the same as orthogonal test results.This study provided a new method and basis for the development and utilization of the total flavonoids from lotus leaf,and it’s had very important practical significance.
