针对带嵌件的尼龙管钳在实际使用中过早断裂和撕裂的问题,分析其失效原因并提出在嵌件易失效危险区开设应力释放槽,增加圆角过渡并在槽的两侧增加球状结构的解决措施。首先计算带嵌件尼龙管钳的强度,通过理论证明强化作用。后采用ABAQUS软件,分析研究槽的不同宽度、深度、纵向位置、横向位置等参数对危险区应力分布的影响,分析结果认为槽横向位置与宽度参数变化对危险区应力释放和分散影响较大。研究以应力分散为指标,选择最优参数,为最大程度避免尼龙管钳过早失效,优化结构提供参考。
針對帶嵌件的尼龍管鉗在實際使用中過早斷裂和撕裂的問題,分析其失效原因併提齣在嵌件易失效危險區開設應力釋放槽,增加圓角過渡併在槽的兩側增加毬狀結構的解決措施。首先計算帶嵌件尼龍管鉗的彊度,通過理論證明彊化作用。後採用ABAQUS軟件,分析研究槽的不同寬度、深度、縱嚮位置、橫嚮位置等參數對危險區應力分佈的影響,分析結果認為槽橫嚮位置與寬度參數變化對危險區應力釋放和分散影響較大。研究以應力分散為指標,選擇最優參數,為最大程度避免尼龍管鉗過早失效,優化結構提供參攷。

To solve the problem of nylon pipe wrench with insert earlier wrenches tearing and breaking under the con -dition of actual using .First of all , the reason of which is analyzed , and prove its validity by theory , then propose opening a stress delivery slot near stress concentration area in the insert and increase spherical structure in the two sides to improve strength.First the strength of nylon pipe wrench with insert is calculated , and then research the influence of stress distribu-ting in the danger area with changeable parameter of width , depth, lengthways position , horizontal position of the slot under the load by Abaqus software .Result considers that the factor of horizontal position and width is more relevant than the oth -ers.Discussing the standard of stress releasing and disperse decide the most optimized parameter , and to the most extent a-void earlier failure and structure optimization for references .
