为进一步改善之前提出的矩阵式AC/DC变换器性能,依据三相/一相矩阵式变换器(3/1MC)与其等效拓扑开关函数之间的瞬时对应关系以及限定条件,研究了一种改进的控制策略.该策略充分利用X扇区中三相电压资源,合理分配各相电压的作用时间(占空比)及各双向开关的门极驱动信号.使双向开关的有效导通角为180°,各相输入电流SPWM脉冲序列均匀、等间隔地分布在时间轴上,且分别跟随输入电压.仿真结果表明,网侧谐波电流小,功率因数接近1.

To improve further the performances on the matrix AC/DC converter previously proposed, this paper investigates an improved control strategy, in terms of the instantaneous corresponding relationship between the three phase/single phase matrix converter (3/1MC) and its equivalent topology switch function as well as the limiting conditions. By the control strategy, three-phase voltage resource is utilized fully in X sector, and the active time (duty factor) of each phase voltages and the gate driving signals of each bidirectional switches are allocated reasonably. Therefore, the effective conductive angle of bidirectional switches is made to be 180° , the SPWM pulse sequences of each phase input current are distributed on time axis with equal interval and uniformity, and are allowed to follow the input voltages respectively. Simulation results show that the harmonic current at grid side is lower, and the power factor is approaching to be 1.
