As the helpful friends of majority of the students, counselor always stand in the forefront of the ideological and political education. At present, the college counselors are part-time instructors, they not only to educate and guide college students’ rational planning, set up the correct world outlook, outlook on life, values, but also hard to learn, to complete their graduate studies. In the employment pressure of today, counselors should actively, conscious of their own, to coordinate the relationship between work and learning, well solve the various problems in life, constantly cultivate, exercise their own quality, and lay a solid foundation for future employment.
