随着我国社会医疗保险体制改革的全面深化，以及商业健康保险的迅猛发展，市场对健康保险专业人才的需求激增，但遗憾的是，部分健康保险专业学生毕业后没有走上与医疗保险相关的岗位，造成人才严重流失。问题是动手能力差、适应周期长。原因在于重理论轻实践的课程设置和缺乏实践训练。本课题的研究重点在于根据培养方向，确定开设课程；开展校企联合，建立专兼职结合的教师队伍；强调学生学习能力、实践能力和创新能力的培养。为同类本科院校培养健康保险专业应用型人才提供借鉴。

With the deepening of the reform of social medical insurance system in China, and the rapid development of commercial health insurance in the market, demand for health insurance professionals is increasing, but unfortunately, part of health insurance professional students did not associated with medical insurance jobs after graduation, causing serious loss of talent. The problem is beginning ability is bad, meet the long cycle. The reason lies in the course settings and lack of practice. The key point of this research is that according to the training direction, to determine the courses;to carry out cooperation, establish the combination of part-time teachers;emphasize the development of students' learning ability, practice ability and innovation ability. Cultivation of healthy insurance application talents so as to provide reference for similar colleges.
