应用型人才应遵循“基础牢、知识宽、强应用、重创新”原则，从理论知识和实践训练两个方面进行培养。思想政治理论课在培养具有综合素质的应用型人才中发挥着重要作用。思想政治理论课的教学方式主要有课堂理论教学和社会实践教学两种，各自的优点、缺点都很明显，片面强调某种教学方式都不能达到培养应用型人才的目标。所以，实现思想政治理论课的理论教学和实践教学有机结合就成为培养应用型人才综合素质的必然要求。
應用型人纔應遵循“基礎牢、知識寬、彊應用、重創新”原則，從理論知識和實踐訓練兩箇方麵進行培養。思想政治理論課在培養具有綜閤素質的應用型人纔中髮揮著重要作用。思想政治理論課的教學方式主要有課堂理論教學和社會實踐教學兩種，各自的優點、缺點都很明顯，片麵彊調某種教學方式都不能達到培養應用型人纔的目標。所以，實現思想政治理論課的理論教學和實踐教學有機結閤就成為培養應用型人纔綜閤素質的必然要求。
응용형인재응준순“기출뢰、지식관、강응용、중창신”원칙，종이론지식화실천훈련량개방면진행배양。사상정치이론과재배양구유종합소질적응용형인재중발휘착중요작용。사상정치이론과적교학방식주요유과당이론교학화사회실천교학량충，각자적우점、결점도흔명현，편면강조모충교학방식도불능체도배양응용형인재적목표。소이，실현사상정치이론과적이론교학화실천교학유궤결합취성위배양응용형인재종합소질적필연요구。
The applied talents should follow the principle of"solid foundation, wide knowledge, strong application, innovation", to culture from two aspects of theoretical knowledge and practical training. The ideological and political theory course play an important role in training applied talents with comprehensive quality. Ideological and political theory course teaching mode has mainly classroom theory teaching and social practice teaching two kinds, the advantages and disadvantages are obvious, one-sided emphasis on some teaching methods can not achieve the goal of cultivating applied talents. Therefore, the organic combination of theory teaching and practice teaching of ideological and political theory course has become the necessity for training applied talents of comprehensive qualities.
