当前,我国部分高校实行班主任制或者导师制的学生管理模式,班主任、导师多由专业课教师担任,缺少思想政治教育的专业性。深入解析牵手教育的内涵,构建班导师开展牵手教育的运行模式,能够增强高校思想政治教育的实效性,有效促进高校学生的全面发展。

At present, the teacher or tutor student management model is implemented in colleges and universities, instructor held by professional teachers, lack of ideological and political education.
