当前，我国部分高校实行班主任制或者导师制的学生管理模式，班主任、导师多由专业课教师担任，缺少思想政治教育的专业性。深入解析牵手教育的内涵，构建班导师开展牵手教育的运行模式，能够增强高校思想政治教育的实效性，有效促进高校学生的全面发展。
