采用CVD法在硬质合金基体上沉积了4种不同晶粒大小的α-Al2 O3涂层。通过SEM分析了氧化铝涂层晶粒大小及特点,并对4种氧化铝涂层刀片进行喷砂后处理及切削试验。发现氧化铝晶粒越细,晶粒越均匀,涂层刀片切削性能越优异。

Theα-Al2 O3 coatings were deposited on cemented carbide substrates using CVD method with four different grain size e.SEM was employed to analysis the grain size , and then the cutting experiment of four kinds alumina coating inserts were carried out after sand blasting process .The results showed that the coating inserts had better cutting perform-ance when the α-Al2 O3 grain size becomed finer and narrower .
