针对共振式振动给料机的工作特点,以机械振动学理论为依据,解算出共振式振动给料机的运动方程,得到双质体振动系统的振动特性曲线。通过对振动特性曲线的分析,研究共振式振动给料机最佳工作状态时的激振频率,并提出了一种最佳激振频率的控制方法。该方法是基于滞后相角的测量完成其控制过程。通过试验验证了该方法的有效性。

According to resonant vibrating feeder work characteristics and basing on the theory of mechanical ,the mo-tion equation of resonant vibrating feeder is resolved and the vibration characteristic curve of Double -mass vibration system is drawed.Through the analysis of vibration characteristic curve ,the excitation frequency of the optimal working state is studied and a control method of the optimal excitation frequency is presented .The method is based on the lag phase angle measurement to complete its control process , and the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by experiment .
