Aiming at the shortage of current middle and low lever electric turret, this paper introduces the software and hardware de-sign and implementation method of the control system, in which Fanuc 0i numerical control system PMC is taken as the control core to control DTY63 hydraulic turret. The system has the advantages of simple structure, high efficiency and flexibility, which can be a-dapted to internal mid-range market.
