在介绍铁皮石斛的自然生长条件和繁殖状况的基础上，从种子的无菌萌发、器官发生诱导、原球茎发生与分化成苗、细胞培养、试管开花等方面阐述了近年来关于铁皮石斛组织培养的研究概况，并初步分析存在的问题及发展方向。
在介紹鐵皮石斛的自然生長條件和繁殖狀況的基礎上，從種子的無菌萌髮、器官髮生誘導、原毬莖髮生與分化成苗、細胞培養、試管開花等方麵闡述瞭近年來關于鐵皮石斛組織培養的研究概況，併初步分析存在的問題及髮展方嚮。
재개소철피석곡적자연생장조건화번식상황적기출상，종충자적무균맹발、기관발생유도、원구경발생여분화성묘、세포배양、시관개화등방면천술료근년래관우철피석곡조직배양적연구개황，병초보분석존재적문제급발전방향。
The natural growth conditions and propagation characteristics were first introduced, and then the recent studies of the tis- sue culture concerning in vitro germination, organogenesis, formation and differentiation of protocorms, cell culture and in vitro flow- ering were summarized, and finally the existing problems and tendency of researches were also analyzed in Dendrobium candidum.
