For the characteristics of the ＂oil depot design and management＂ course and teaching practice, combined with the oil and gas storage and transportation of professional features, from the optimization of the two aspects of the teaching contents and to reform the teaching methods were studied. Stimulate students ＇interest in learning through a variety of teaching methods and means to develop an open way of thinking, to improve students＇ use of knowledge and the ability of engineering practice.
