目前,许多小学教师转岗到幼儿教师,在教学过程中存在着一些亟待解决的问题,加强对“小转幼”教师的培养、培训具有现实意义,鉴于此,本文在教师专业化成长的基础上,从教师教育观念的转变、立足园本培训、加强反思能力培养三个方面入手,探讨了促进“小转幼”教师专业化成长的策略,以期指导实践。
目前,許多小學教師轉崗到幼兒教師,在教學過程中存在著一些亟待解決的問題,加彊對“小轉幼”教師的培養、培訓具有現實意義,鑒于此,本文在教師專業化成長的基礎上,從教師教育觀唸的轉變、立足園本培訓、加彊反思能力培養三箇方麵入手,探討瞭促進“小轉幼”教師專業化成長的策略,以期指導實踐。

Currently, many primary school teachers rotated to preschool teachers, there are some problems to be solved in the teaching process, strengthen the cultivation of "small turn young" teachers, training practical significance, the view of this, on the basis of the professional development of teachers from the shift in attitudes of teacher education, based on the Park, this training, to strengthen the ability to reflect culture three-pronged approach, discussed the strategy of promotion of "small turn young" professional development of teachers, hope to guide the practice.
