教师是高校发展的基础，但是随着社会主义市场经的发展和完善以及人才市场的逐步开放，高校教师队伍出现了无序流动，导致教师队伍不稳定，在这种情况下高校要建立相对稳定的教师队伍，就要把科学的管理理论应用到工作中去。本文引入心理学家赫兹伯格出的“双因素理论”，通过“调动积极性－取得成绩－调动积极性”之间的良性循环，来促进教师的有序流动。
