对接种青枯病菌后的转抗菌肽辣椒叶片过氧化氢(H2O2)含量、多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性进行研究。结果表明:辣椒叶片H2O2含量在接种12h后升高,对照和转抗菌肽植株的变化趋势相近,但植株间变化幅度差异明显。转抗菌肽植株接种12h后,PPO活性显著降低,说明转抗菌肽辣椒的对青枯病菌的抗性增强。

대접충청고병균후적전항균태랄초협편과양화경(H2O2)함량、다분양화매(PPO)활성진행연구。결과표명:랄초협편H2O2함량재접충12h후승고,대조화전항균태식주적변화추세상근,단식주간변화폭도차이명현。전항균태식주접충12h후,PPO활성현저강저,설명전항균태랄초적대청고병균적항성증강。
Research on hydrogen peroxide (H2O2)content and polyphenol oxidase (PPO)activity were conducted in the paper, and these antibacterial peptides pepper inoculated with Ralstonia solanacearum.The results showed that the content of H2O2 sharply increased at 12 h, control and cecropin plant had the similar change tendency,but the change amplitude had differences among plants.Cecropin plants' PPO activity significantly decreased at 12 h.It suggested that antibacterial peptides pepper have strong resistance to Ralstonia solanacearum.
