Based on Chemical Construction Project Environmental Design Code and Guidance for the Design of Prevention and Control Measures Against Water Pollution, the method to determine the volume of the accident pool, and the process of design for the emergency incident treatment system in petrochemical industry combined with case, were introduced, which provided reference for the establishment of accident pool.
