Based on the teaching content and methods, teaching reform of school curriculum about organic chemical technology was explored. In the following ways, such as cultivating the students' engineering concepts and green chemis- try, improving teaching methods and examination method, the enthusiasm of students was stimulated and the abilities of students in solving practical problems was improved. Then practical talents ware also cultured.
