In this paper, the necessity of developing the innovative education by insisting on people oriented in army academy is proposed. The basic elements of innovative education are analyzed. The basic measures of innovative education are given, inclu- ding the educating ideas of people oriented,arousing students potentiality, the subjectivity of students in the education and the necessity of strengthening parcticing education.
