随着高校党建工作的不断深入，学术界与高教实践界对大学生党建的研究已取得明显的阶段成果，但在信息化时代背景下也存在着一些制约因素，探寻其影响因素，在此基础上，设计基于信息化视域中的大学生党建工作目标取向。并提出相应的路径选择，不仅符合当前我国高校党建工作的总体要求，亦是实现社会主义文化强国目标的重要举措。

With the further development of college party building work, scholars have made great achievement in academic circles and high education on the study of party building. However, the party work is being restrained by some factors on the back- ground of informationization. Finding out the factors what they are,on the basis of which we should design the objective orienta- tion on college party building and give some relative advices . Not only do all the things above accord with the general require- ment on the party building work,but they are important measures to realize the goal of socialist cultural power.
