在问卷调查的基础上,对民办高校学生的评教态度和影响因素进行分析,进而提出构建民办高效和谐师生关系的对策：民办高校应优化评教机制、民办高校教师应正确对待学生评教、民办高校学生评教认识应有改观。

A study has been conducted on the students＇ attitude to the evaluation of teaching and its influential factors by using questionnaires, and strategies have been proposed on establishing effective and harmonious teacher-student relationship： the civilian-run private colleges should optimize the system of evaluating teaching;the teachers in civilian-run private colleges should treat the students evaluation of teaching with proper attitude;the cognition of students on evaluation of teaching should be improved.
