人岗相适是现代人力资源管理的重要命题,指人和岗位的对应关系。干部公选中要做到人岗相适,就是要科学配置领导人才资源,把合适的人放在适合的岗位上,使干部能力水平与所承担的任务相统一,实现人尽其才、才尽其用、事竟其功。本文通过职位分析、量化测评、配套制度三个方面进行研究,力求实现干部公选中的人岗相适。

The people match position is a important subject in modern human resource management,it means that corresponding relation between people and position.The people must matched position in public official selection is that allocate the human resource of leadership sciencely,let suitable people in the right position,and make the official’s competence level accord with the duties he assumed.Achieve the people can do their best,the ability can properly utilized,and the things competing their gong.This article do the reaserch through three aspects,such as the analyse of position,quantitative evaluation and the accessory institution,and try to realize the people match position in public official selection.
