支气管肺发育不良(bronchopulmonary dysplasia,BPD)是早产儿常见的严重呼吸系统性疾病,其发病机制尚未完全明确.而炎症被认为是早产儿BPD发病的一个重要因素.近年来,国内外对炎症反应在BPD发病中的作用的认识也有了进一步的发展.该文就感染、氧化应激、机械通气等因素导致的炎症反应在早产儿BPD发病中的作用研究进展作一综述.
支氣管肺髮育不良(bronchopulmonary dysplasia,BPD)是早產兒常見的嚴重呼吸繫統性疾病,其髮病機製尚未完全明確.而炎癥被認為是早產兒BPD髮病的一箇重要因素.近年來,國內外對炎癥反應在BPD髮病中的作用的認識也有瞭進一步的髮展.該文就感染、氧化應激、機械通氣等因素導緻的炎癥反應在早產兒BPD髮病中的作用研究進展作一綜述.

Bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD) is a severe respiratory disease which is common in premature infants.The pathogenesis of BPD has not been clear completely.However,the inflammation factor is considered to be an important pathogenetic factor.In recent years,the understanding of the role of inflammation in the pathogenesis of BPD also has further development at home and abroad.Factors,such as infection,oxidative stress,and mechanical ventilation in the role of inflammation in the pathogenesis of premature BPD are reviewed in this article.
