目的：分析总结骨科术后患者的依从性对疾病转归的影响及临床价值。方法选择本院134例骨折术后患者，分为观察组和对照组，对照组患者常规护理，观察组患者行护理干预，两组患者均建立医患联系卡，定期复诊，均按照骨科术后治疗和功能康复锻炼要求制定系统性治疗方案，比较两组患者依从性情况，比较两组患者并发症发生情况以及患者功能恢复情况。结果观察组患者经护理干预后患肢康复质量和并发症控制情况均优于对照组。结论通过护理干预可以使患者骨折术后治疗依从性明显提高，而治疗依从性提高可以明显减少并发症发生和提高患者疾病转归质量，值得临床加深研究和推广应用。

Objective To analyze and summarize the impact and clinical value of compliance of patients on prognosis of diseases after orthopedic surgery. Methods 134 patients after orthopedic surgeries were chosen and divided into observation group and control group. Control group was given routine nursing and observation group was given nursing intervention. Patients of both groups were given establishments of doctor-patient contact cards and asked to regular return visits. Systematic treatment schedules were all made according to requirements of treatments and functional rehabilitation exercise after orthopedic surgeries. Compliance of patients, complication occurrences and functional rehabilitation conditions the 2 groups were compared. Results By nursing intervention, limb rehabilitation quality and complication control condition of observation group were all superior to control group. Conclusion Nursing intervention can obviously improve treatment compliance of patients after orthopedic surgeries, and thus obviously reduce complications and improve prognosis quality of disease, so it is worth of being further studied and promoted in application.
