缺氧诱导因子-1(HIF-1)是在缺氧条件下广泛存在于人体内的一种转录因子.人类多数肿瘤内部有显著的缺氧区域,HIF-1在维持氧稳定、细胞能量代谢、肿瘤血管形成、细胞增生与凋亡等很多方面都起着重要作用.就HIF-1的生物学特性,HIF-1在多发性骨髓瘤发生、发展中的作用及其对预后的影响等研究进展进行了阐述.
缺氧誘導因子-1(HIF-1)是在缺氧條件下廣汎存在于人體內的一種轉錄因子.人類多數腫瘤內部有顯著的缺氧區域,HIF-1在維持氧穩定、細胞能量代謝、腫瘤血管形成、細胞增生與凋亡等很多方麵都起著重要作用.就HIF-1的生物學特性,HIF-1在多髮性骨髓瘤髮生、髮展中的作用及其對預後的影響等研究進展進行瞭闡述.

Hypoxia-inducible factor 1(HIF-1)is a transcription factor in the human body when the environment is laek of oxygen.The latest studies showed that most of human tumor should be exposed to hypoxia.HIF-1 plays an important functions in keeping stabilization of oxygen,cell energy metabolism,the vasifaction of tumor,cell proliferation and apoptosis.The biological characteristics of HIF-1,and its roles in formation,development and prognostic affection in multiple myeloma were discussed in this article.
