对酯化液中酯化物质成分的检测方法进行了试验研究,建立了对酯化液中己酸乙酯含量和乳酸乙酯含量较为准确的检测方法。对酯化液中添加乳酸对酯化酶活性的影响进行了分析。结果表明,由于乳酸解离常数较大,乳酸的加入导致酯化液pH值迅速下降,低的pH值将导致酶失活。因此,在制备酯化液的过程中,应尽量降低酯化液中乳酸的含量。
對酯化液中酯化物質成分的檢測方法進行瞭試驗研究,建立瞭對酯化液中己痠乙酯含量和乳痠乙酯含量較為準確的檢測方法。對酯化液中添加乳痠對酯化酶活性的影響進行瞭分析。結果錶明,由于乳痠解離常數較大,乳痠的加入導緻酯化液pH值迅速下降,低的pH值將導緻酶失活。因此,在製備酯化液的過程中,應儘量降低酯化液中乳痠的含量。

The detection methods of esters in esterifying liquid were investigated and the method to measure the content of ethyl caproate and ethyl lactate in esterifying liquid accurately had been developed.The effects of adding lactic acid in esterifying liquid on the activity of esterifying enzyme were analyzed and the results suggested that the addition of lactic acid would result in rapid drop of esterifying liquid pH value because the dissociation constant of lactic acid was higher than other acid,and low pH value would further result in lower enzyme activity.Accordingly,the content of lactic acid in esterifying liquid should be reduced as possible during the preparation of esterifying liquid.
