在酸性条件下将溶解于水中的游离甲醛随水蒸出,并与乙酰丙酮作用,建立分光光度计测定啤酒中甲醛含量的方法。结果表明,方法检出限为3.31×10-9g/mL,线性范围为0~4.20μg/10 mL,变异系数RSD=0.78%。该方法操作简便,灵敏度高,重现性好。

Acetylacetone spectrophotometry was applied to measure formaldehyde content in beer by reaction of formaldehyde which was vapored in the acidic conditions with acetylacetone.The results showed that the detection limit was 3.31×10-9g/mL,the linearity range was 0~4.20 μg/10 mL,and RSD= 0.78 %.Such method was simple to operate with high sensitivity and good reproducibility.
