基于磁弹性原理设计并搭建了扭矩测量实验台,其主要技术指标为:量程0~100N·m、线性度和重复性两个误差指标均为0.1%。扭矩测量结果表明,在磁头与轴不同间隙条件下,扭矩与磁感应强度之间始终存在线性正比例关系,依据这种关系并利用磁力计先测量出磁感应强度值,然后再计算出相应的扭矩值,以实现扭矩的间接测量。
基于磁彈性原理設計併搭建瞭扭矩測量實驗檯,其主要技術指標為:量程0~100N·m、線性度和重複性兩箇誤差指標均為0.1%。扭矩測量結果錶明,在磁頭與軸不同間隙條件下,扭矩與磁感應彊度之間始終存在線性正比例關繫,依據這種關繫併利用磁力計先測量齣磁感應彊度值,然後再計算齣相應的扭矩值,以實現扭矩的間接測量。

Based on the principle of magneto-elasticity, a torque measurement test bench is built, with main technical indicators as follows: range is from 0 to 100 N·m; the error indicators of linearity and repeatability are both 0.1%. The torque measurement results show that under the conditions of different gaps between magnetic heads and axles, there always exists a linear proportional relationship between torque and magnetic induction, based on which magnetic induction is measured with a magnetometer first and then correspondent torque value is calculated to realize the indirect measurement of torque.
