为了提高开放性实验室电源的精细管理水平,给出了一套远程电源管理系统的设计方法。该方法通过监控中心预约实验,待审核排班后下发实验室现场控制单元壁挂式主机,实验者经主机刷卡验证身份后,由主机分配实验台并通过ZigBee无线网下发指令到实验台电源控制器并打开相应电源。该电源控制器能实时采集实验台电源的电压、电流参数,并逆向上报监控中心。监控中心可根据上报数据判断电源的工作情况,并进行状态控制。经运行测试,该系统可以实现实验室电源的无人值守、状态监测、远程控制等精细化管理。

In order to improve the management level of the Open Laboratory power, a remote power management system is designed. The process of our system is as follows: an experimenter makes an appointment through the center monitor firstly, and then gets a laboratory scene-control wall-mounted unit host after the audit and scheduling. The power is turned on when the assigned bcnch receives the instructions from the host through the ZigBee wireless network after the experimenter's identity is verified with a card. Power controller can collect the voltage and current parameters in real-time, and report them to the monitor. According to the collected data, the monitor determines the power situation and makes the state control. Test results show that the system can achieve unattended operation, condition monitoring and remote control of laboratory power successfully.
