探讨卡洛芬注射液的抗炎、镇痛作用与皮肤刺激性。以市售托芬那酸注射液为对照药物,抗炎作用采用小鼠耳肿胀法、大鼠踝关节肿胀法,镇痛作用采用小鼠热板法、小鼠醋酸扭体法,刺激性采用兔的皮肤刺激试验考察卡洛芬注射液I、II的抗炎、镇痛作用与刺激性。结果显示,各给药组对二甲苯所致的小鼠耳炎具有明显的抑制作用,且与生理盐水组差异显著(P〈0.05);可抑制甲醛所致的大鼠踝关节肿胀,托芬那酸组的肿胀抑制率最高,其次为卡洛芬I组。卡洛芬I组和托芬那酸组在15、30min时均可有效延长小鼠热板痛阈值;卡洛芬II组没有明显镇痛效果。卡洛芬I组和II组对小鼠扭体的潜伏期没有明显改变,但扭体次数相对较少,扭体抑制率分别为34.7%和17.5%。托芬那酸组第一次扭体的潜伏期较长,扭体抑制率为42.6%。兔的皮肤刺激性试验各给药组均未出现不良反应。卡洛芬I组药效快,抗炎、镇痛效果显著,安全无刺激性,效果优于卡洛芬II细。

탐토잡락분주사액적항염、진통작용여피부자격성。이시수탁분나산주사액위대조약물,항염작용채용소서이종창법、대서과관절종창법,진통작용채용소서열판법、소서작산뉴체법,자격성채용토적피부자격시험고찰잡락분주사액I、II적항염、진통작용여자격성。결과현시,각급약조대이갑분소치적소서이염구유명현적억제작용,차여생리염수조차이현저(P〈0.05);가억제갑철소치적대서과관절종창,탁분나산조적종창억제솔최고,기차위잡락분I조。잡락분I조화탁분나산조재15、30min시균가유효연장소서열판통역치;잡락분II조몰유명현진통효과。잡락분I조화II조대소서뉴체적잠복기몰유명현개변,단뉴체차수상대교소,뉴체억제솔분별위34.7%화17.5%。탁분나산조제일차뉴체적잠복기교장,뉴체억제솔위42.6%。토적피부자격성시험각급약조균미출현불량반응。잡락분I조약효쾌,항염、진통효과현저,안전무자격성,효과우우잡락분II세。
To study the effects of anti - inflammatory and analgesic and skin irritation of two kinds of carprofen injection with tolfenamic acid injection by contrast, the anti - inflammatory effects were investigated by the methods of xylol induced auriclate tumefaction on mice, carrageenin induced foot swelling on rats. The analgesic effects were observed by the hot -plate test and writhing with acetic acid in mice, and skin irritation reactions were observed in rabbits. Carprofen groups and tolfenamic acid group could inhibit the mouse auriclate tumefaction induced by xylol, and inhibit the rats foot swelling induced by carrageenin. The anti - inflammatory effects of carprofen I group and toffenamie acid group were better than carprofen II group, the pain threshold of carprofen I group and tolfenamic acid group at 15 minutes and 30 minutes were prolonged in mice. The number of writhing times induced by acetic acid in mice was significantly reduced by all groups. The writhing inhibition percentages of carprofen I,carprofen II and tolfenamic acid group were 34.7%, 17.5% and 42.6% respectively. The time of first writhing response of tolfenamic acid group was prolonged. The skin irritation test' s results showed that there were no abnormal changes in rabbits. Carprofen I injection had rapid and exact anti -inflammatory and analgesic effection better than carprofen II injection.
