采用同位素内标法和高效液相-串联质谱法对猪尿莱克多巴胺阳性样品进行三种不同解离处理方法比较试验。结果表明,三种方法差异明显,β-葡萄糖醛苷酶/芳基硫酸酯酶在37℃酶解16h效果最好,在60℃酶解2h效果次之,0.1%高氯酸酸解提取效果最差。
採用同位素內標法和高效液相-串聯質譜法對豬尿萊剋多巴胺暘性樣品進行三種不同解離處理方法比較試驗。結果錶明,三種方法差異明顯,β-葡萄糖醛苷酶/芳基硫痠酯酶在37℃酶解16h效果最好,在60℃酶解2h效果次之,0.1%高氯痠痠解提取效果最差。

Comparison tests of three different dissociation treatment methods on porcine urinary ractopamine positive samples using isotope internal standard method and high performance liquid chromatographytandem mass spectrometry (HPLC - MS/MS ) were carried out. The results showed that three methods had obvious differences, the effect of β -glucuronidase/sulfatase enzyme for 16 hours at 37℃ was the best, enzymatic hydrolysis for 2 hours at 60℃ was the better, 0.1% perchloric acid solution for extraction effect was the worst.
