建立了高效液相色谱法检测白龙散、黄连解毒散、苍术香连散等7种兽用中药散剂中非法添加利巴韦林的方法。用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶色谱柱，以水（用稀硫酸调节pH值至2．5±0.1）为流动相，检测波长207nm，流速1．0mL／min，进样量20μL。结果显示，利巴韦林的线性范围为1.016～20.32μg／mL，线性方程为Y=5．68×10X-5．61×10^-2（r=0．9999，n=6），本方法的回收率为81．28％～119．46％，RSD为0．88％～1．65％。结果表明，本方法准确、可靠，适用于兽用中药散剂中非法添加利巴韦林的检测。
건립료고효액상색보법검측백룡산、황련해독산、창술향련산등7충수용중약산제중비법첨가리파위림적방법。용십팔완기규완건합규효색보주，이수（용희류산조절pH치지2．5±0.1）위류동상，검측파장207nm，류속1．0mL／min，진양량20μL。결과현시，리파위림적선성범위위1.016～20.32μg／mL，선성방정위Y=5．68×10X-5．61×10^-2（r=0．9999，n=6），본방법적회수솔위81．28％～119．46％，RSD위0．88％～1．65％。결과표명，본방법준학、가고，괄용우수용중약산제중비법첨가리파위림적검측。
A method for the highly effective liquid phase chromatography detection on illegally added ribavirin in veterinary Chinese materia medica powders as Bailong San, Cangzhuxianglian San, and Huanglianjiedu San, etc was established. A reverse -phase C18 column was used, the mobile phase was water （adjusted the pH value with dilute sulphuric acid of 2.5 ± 0.1 ）, the determination wave length was 207 nm, flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The results demonstrated that the linearity range of ribavirin was 1. 016 -20.32 μg/mL, the linear equation was Y=5.68×10X-5.61×10^-2（r=0.9999,n=6） , this method＇ s recovery rate was 81.28% - 119.46% , RSD was 0.88% - 1.65%. It was indicated that this method was accurate, reliable, and suitable for the determination of illegally added ribavirin in veterinary Chinese materia medica powders.
