以无水三氯化铝为催化剂,1,2-二氯乙烷为溶剂,通过Friedel-Crafts反应直接由氯代异丙烷和苯胺合成了对异丙基苯胺;用元素分析、FT-IR和1H NMR等方法表征了产物结构,正交实验方法优化了反应条件。结果表明,在反应温度为8℃、反应时间为60 min、无水三氯化铝对苯胺的摩尔比为1.3、氯代异丙烷对苯胺的摩尔比为1.5时,对异丙基苯胺对苯胺的收率可达70.9%。

4-Isopropylaniline was synthesized directly through Friedel-Crafts reaction with aniline and isopropyl chloride as raw material,aluminum chloride anhydrous as catalyst and 1,2-dichloroethane as solvent.The product was characterized by elementary analysis,FT-IR and 'HNMR,the synthetic condition was optimized using orthogonal experiment and the content of 4-Isopropylaniline in product was determined by GC.The experimental result indicated that the yield of 4-isopropylaniline could up to 70.9 % when the reaction temperature was 8.0 ℃,the reaction times were 60 minute,the molar ratio of aluminum chloride anhydrous to aniline was 1.3 and the molar ratio of isopropyl chloride to aniline was 1.5.
